Senior Architect / Package or Project Leader - Sydney

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Architect with great design sensibilities to join us full-time in our Sydney studio. Our Sydney studio is continuing to grow with a variety of projects, ranging from Commercial, Education, Sport & Entertainment, Culture and Residential, across Australia and the wider APAC region.  We want team first, highly skilled architects and designers to join our Sydney studio. 

Requirements

1. Eligible to work in Australia 
2. Master’s degree in architecture
3. Minimum 10 years’ experience (post master’s degree completion) with project delivery in creative, design-focused architecture studio(s)
4. Experience in leading projects at different phases
5. Possess a strong passion for design integrity
6. Strong conceptual design skills and focus
7. Strong abilities with Revit and preferably also in Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
8. Strong technical knowledge / documenting skills and coordination experience.
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Fluency in written and spoken English.
11. You must be a team player, self-directed, and highly motivated.
12. Candidates must feel comfortable being agile in tasks in a creative and dynamic environment.
13. Have a strong work ethic, but a “team first” outlook.
